Complaints & support

If something went wrong — with the website, a payment, your privacy, or an interaction arranged through Adhiwakta — tell us. This is how the process works.

1. What you can raise

  • Platform problems: wrong or outdated information, broken pages or tools.
  • Payments and refunds for any platform service.
  • Privacy: access, correction or deletion of your details.
  • Concerns about an interaction with an independent advocate that was arranged through Adhiwakta.

2. How to raise a complaint

Email adhiwaktaindia@gmail.com or message WhatsApp +918989888907 with the subject 'Complaint'. Please include your name, mobile number, the date, the page or chat concerned, what happened and what you would like us to do. Do not send ID numbers or bank passwords.

3. What happens next

  • We acknowledge your complaint and give you a reference.
  • We look into it, and may ask you for more details.
  • We reply in writing with what we found and any action taken.

4. Concerns about an advocate

Independent advocates are responsible for their own professional conduct. We will review any concern about an interaction arranged through Adhiwakta and may stop such coordination. Professional misconduct by an advocate can be reported to the State Bar Council where the advocate is enrolled.

5. Not satisfied?

You may approach the appropriate authority: the State Bar Council for advocate conduct, the consumer commission (e-Daakhil / e-Jagriti) for a paid service, or the National Consumer Helpline 1915. In an emergency, call 112.
