1. What Adhiwakta is

Adhiwakta is a legal information and coordination platform. It is not a law firm, does not practise law and does not appear in any court or authority. Nothing on the platform is an advertisement or solicitation for any advocate.

2. General information only

Guides, tools and AI assistant responses are general legal information for India. They are not legal advice for your situation, may not reflect the latest change in law or local rules, and can contain errors. Check important points with an advocate and official sources before acting.

3. No advocate–client relationship

Using the website, the AI assistant, the Ask form or WhatsApp does not create an advocate–client relationship with Adhiwakta or any advocate. Such a relationship exists only if you and an independent advocate expressly agree to it, directly between you.

4. Independent advocates

Advocates who respond through Adhiwakta act independently and are responsible for their own advice and conduct. You should confirm their identity and Bar Council enrolment, and agree scope and fees directly with them.

5. No guarantees

Adhiwakta does not guarantee any outcome, timeline, result or availability of an advocate.

6. Your responsibilities

• Share accurate information and only what is needed.
• Do not misuse the platform, send unlawful content or impersonate anyone.
• You remain responsible for the decisions you take.

7. Payments, privacy and complaints

Payments are covered by Fees & Refunds, your data by the Privacy Policy, and concerns by Complaints & Support.

8. Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, Adhiwakta is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on the platform or from advice given by an independent advocate. These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these terms; the effective date below shows the latest version.
