How do I find my next date?

The last order sheet or the court’s cause list shows it. On the free eCourts services you can check status with a CNR number, and the Adhiwakta eCourts helper explains how. Always note the next date before leaving the court.

Does the reminder file send my details anywhere?

No. The calendar file and the saved date are created in your browser. Adhiwakta does not receive the date, court or case type.

I cannot afford an advocate. What can I do?

Free legal services are available through the legal services authorities (NALSA helpline 15100) for eligible persons, including anyone in custody. Adhiwakta is not a law firm and does not appear in court.

Is this a replacement for my advocate’s advice?
